I am looking for a keychain of a mini scuderia shield. I have seen the original one sold by ferrari for about $30 (at Ferrarispy.com) and then I have seen the Yoshi keychain as well which looks great! (I just ordered the new fender shield for my 355 from him).

Does anyone have any experience with any of these and is one nicer than the other? Any comments would be appreciated!

wow thanks for the quick reply! I just got done reading your post when you just got your new 355... I cannot wait for that! I have everything wrapped up (paid for) and now the car has been in Columbus getting new headers, new tires with spacers (stock wheels), Capristo exhause, and a few other repairs done. I hope everything will be done in about 3 weeks (headers take a while to get!). I have not had a chance to drive it yet since I bought the car as it went straight from the dealer in KY up to Columbus OH for PPI and has been there ever since we came to an agreement on price!
It is somewhat of a tight fit but not really bad at all!
I will post full story when I bring her home!

I've seen a lot of Ferrari keychains in person and the one that I like the most is the leather one that BigAl posted. It looks very classy and the leather won't scratch the paint if it were to come in contact with the door.

In this photo you can see the back of it.

I bought the leather one, too....from Ferrari of Washington. Made by Schedoni as part of the Ferrari Idea collection. They can be hard to find...I also have an original FAF Motorcars Key Fob, leather with enamel crest that came with the car when I bought it in Texas. I keep the 'shop spares' on that, since the Schedoni fob was about $80 at the time.

There is a shiled that has a thin key clip that snaps into place. It's easy to cut those snaps off and glue it to your remote.

That way you don't edd even more junk into your pocket.

why don't you try going to your local ferrari dealer and see what they have? I was at one in NJ and ai their little store found some cool keychains, and shirts. I bought myself a shirt there, maybe you should check out some keychains there at your local dealer.

There doesn't seem to be much diversity in the Ferrari key fob market.

Isn't there any source for a simple rectangular key fob in tan leather? Perhaps I'll try e-bay, as I seem to recall they were quite common at one time. The leather one shown in the earlier posts is too large and has too many dangly things hanging off of it.
