can anyone recommend a decent one?
Chas believe you have a lift but when using jack stands you might consider these when looking for a jack. Saves some trouble when putting stands under the car. Bill FL http://www.jackpointjackstands.com
They're a bit pricey but I have an older model of this. https://www.griotsgarage.com/product/2+ton+floor+jack.do?sortby=ourPicks&refType=&from=fn
I imagine it would fit under a 575 if it fits under my 355. Bought this locally and is very nice- https://www.napaonline.com/napa/en/p/NLE7916402/
I've been using this one for a couple of years now. Works great and has a nice low profile. https://www.amazon.com/Arcan-XL2T-Black-Profile-Service/dp/B007G83T16
That appears to be the same one I bought at Harbor Freight and yes, it works great. I have a smaller aluminum one from Harbor Freight and it's total junk. If the load is not 100% vertical, the sides distort - not safe at all....
The one from Griot's Garage is a Spanish made jack. I think the rest are made in China. Any American made model? Any recommendations on real aluminum jacks that Nascar guys use?
AC Hydraulic DK13HLQ, AC Hydrhaulic DK20Q, AC Hydraulic DK20 - ACJacks.com Made in Denmark. Supposed to be highest quality product but I don't have personal experience with it's use. Looking for anyone who owns one of these or Griot's to comment with advice. Thank you.
