Best place to buy an air filter?

I picked up my K&N airfilter for my 348 on eBay for something like $40 (forgotten precisely).

Cheap enough. By the time that I paid for eBay shipping (always outrageous) I was probably in for $50, so your $47 looks good (plus, I don't have to fret about eBay user ratings when buying from a 348 Brother!).

Baldwin is the way to go....I think I paid $28, here in Houston..

Sean F. tracked them down, at a Truck Stop or something.......

Where'd you find a Baldwin air filter here in Houston? I bought about 10 Baldwin oil filters a while back at a place down on the south side...I think it was a truck supply place or something. Same place?

Yea, there's also a distibutor in NW Houston, and another one over on Crosstimbers, IIRC.......check the Baldwin website and then confirm local stock, they were not expensive, like you say, they may have to order them though.......

Mine are in the garage if you need the Part number.....

I know where I will spend my money... It may be a couple of dollars more but you can't put a price on loyalty. There are so many helpful individuals here but Ricambi has to be the best vendor on this forum. They deserve our business.
