he is right, NJ does not have "felonies", there are disorderly person offenses and indictable crimes (1st through 4th degree) DWI is not even criminal in NJ, its only a motor vehicle offense (unless injury/property damage is involved)

If you're a cop or firefighter, speed just about anywhere you want in or near your city. If you're anyone else, don't. The fines and defense of these things are not getting any better/cheaper.
