It looks like I'm going to be doing the Houston to Pensacola boogie again. So I was wondering, who makes the best Po Boys say in a line south from I-10? A couple of qualifiers. One the bread has to be perfect. It can't be hard, but not too doughy. You want it soft enough to soak up the juices. From what I recall, there's a bakery in town that is the original bread place, but I can't remember their name. Second, it has to have lettuce and tomato. Third, it has to be fried oysters. What say ye? PS: The last good place was one in New Iberia.
