    Driving to Carmel from Las Vegas for the Concours and Historic Races.

    Mapquest suggested route.
    CA-58 toward Bakersfield
    CA-99 toward Sacramento
    CA-46 West toward Wasco/Paso Robles
    101 North to Carmel.

    route suggestions?

    What is the State of California internet service that gives road conditions, construction, closings (fire, flood, etc.)?

    That's the route I took from L.V. to S.F. in June. Trip went by pretty quickly.

    If you're taking 46 to 101, you'd do well to continue on 46 to 1, and take the coastline route.
