    Which F-car for the street is the fastest around a closed course?- NOT the Enzo, or the other street legal racers, but the regular series car (599, 430,etc.) The latest Top Gear Hot laps seems to say 599, bases pretty much on sheer horsepower.

    Or perhaps this person is looking for the best track ferrari in the opinion of owners as opposed to how fast it gets around the track at Fiorno.

    As for me, I have never driven a ferrari around the track. As a a passenger I would say that the 430 challenge seemed to do the best. But for my money, if I were going to get a dedicated track car, I would opt for a Lotus Exige...

    360 Challenge. Low cost and very capable, aside from being a ton of fun. Track days should be about a fun car, not ultimate lap times.

    I read different track tests from various mags, and it always seems they pick a 430 for a track test. Maybe because the 12 cylinder cars are considered GTs?

    I've heard from several sources that the Dino 308GT4 is one of the most fun around a track...although I have never driven one on a track
