Best venue for exotic car photo session

This is a follow-up to my post seeking professional photography crews. I lived in Los Angeles for a number of years and have a deep knowledge of good places to stage exotic car photo shoots in Southern California. However, having only been to Scottsdale once before on a trip, I am not at all familiar with good photoshoot venues in the Scottsdale area.

If I wanted to take some professional publicity photographs with a dozen high-end cars, where are some places I should consider staging the photoshoot? I want good lighting throughout the day, but also a backdrop that is either naturally stunning or else fitting for a bunch of top Ferraris. For example, I'm not sure if the Phoenician has an appropriate facade, but would that make a good backdrop if it could be arranged?

Any input on ideas for a photoshoot venue from local F-chatters would be very much appreciated!
