Have to be careful if you have ceramic brakes with the chemicals you use. Just be aware of the chemicals and the surfaces they are used on.
Sonax makes awesome products. I use KOCH CHEMIE GMBH wheel cleaner . From Detail Division - super sticky and cleans very well. Also using an iron detox is helpful. Brushes really help agitate .

But again be careful of the chemical and the surfaces you have!!!

I have found that the synthetic fibers do better with chemical and brake dust

I use the very smallest size wheel Woolie brush. You have to get the name brand and not the knock offs. Although powder coated surfaces are tougher than regular paint surfaces, they still can scratch.

I use the other sizes to clean my wheels. I've tried so many other methods and think these are the best

As far as wheel cleaner, this boutique one I found is better than any I have ever used. And I have used a LOT.

When it hits the metal particles, it changes color. And unlike the other products that do this, this is the only one that smells good!!!

Get it in the gallon size so it economical. Also the foal cannon shampoo from them in awesome
