    I am looking to hire auto tech in gaithersburg Maryland. I have tried craigslist, washington post but didn't get any result. Is there good source for auto techs?

    I feel your pain. I own a shop myself and finding good help is the biggest challenge I face. Fortunately I have a "dream team" currently. I found word of mouth, is the best. Ask all your tool vendors, parts suppliers, anyone you can. Networking is key. I usually end up with crap from placing a help wanted ad anywhere. Good Luck
