    A catapult or trebuchet, if built large enough and with capable materials to withstand pressures, should prove satisfactory.

    e-gear procedure in owners manual.:
    esp off,1st gear selected,foot on brake...STOMP throotle while simultaneously releasing brake. rpm goes to 2400 rpm clutch dumps light wheel spin,
    then you are hooked up.......

    I have a 6 speed G., the 996TT is very easy to do, but I want to hear from someone who is got it figure out pretty much, I don't want to punish the car anymore than it has to be.

    I like the jokes you all are posting, at least you are all good sport, I hope you are like so everytime a 360 looses to a Gallardo.

    there is a competitive launch mode as described above, traction control off, sport mode on, dead stop mash the pedal to the floor and your off. it will give some generous tire spin and your off.

    I forgot sport mode on in my post. probably because mine is always on plus 3 months now and NO performance launches!

    You don't have to be totally comfortable with a car to like it, especially when it has other wonderful attributes. I've owned 8 F cars and not a single one was totally "friendly". They do keep you on edge and some of you call that "soul"; I call it a necessary evil.

    Fact: Until I saw his "topical" stuff, I couldn't be arsed to do a proper 'chop myself.

    I think thats the point...Gallardo is not normally printed on the back...
