Just over a year in, I'm maintaining a good 20lbs weight loss (186 today). I'm still doing a "modified" Bulletproof coffee in the morning and basically I eat moderate portions of healthy foods for my other meals. I do cheat OFTEN but doesn't phase me too much. a pound or two here or there. I do a light workout 5 evenings a week at home while watching TV and do a 3 mile walk 4 days a week during work.
