best way to lower 328?

    If you are intending on mainly tracking the car then yes coil over shock is the way to go...if you are just driving it on the street then I would highly advise against it as they are pretty low to begin with and scrape alot as is..

    If you change the height, make sure you have sufficient adjustment to correct the shift in camber.

    I'd also advise against changing the height on the street.
    Your bumpers are at a standardized 18" height above the road, as are the bumpers on most cars.
    What good are (ugly) 5mph bumpers, if you take the hit on the bodywork? (Ever park anywhere?)

    Don't do it on a street-driven car. It's not worth it - you WILL seriously damage something at some point; you can't avoid every bump, pothole, driveway, etc...
