I have owned my 246GT for over 25 years. It is currently a project; taken apart for restoration (actually a lot of the basics are done) and a good cache of new replacement parts accumulated.

Anyone have any idea what the best way is to market the car? Since it is right hand drive, I would think the car would go for a premium in the UK, but am not sure of the best way to market the car. Ebay? I have seen 246GTs in similar condition sell on ebay here in the US for fair money, but have no experience selling cars overseas....

    Input is appreciated!

    Interesting question.

By the way, what state do you live in?

Talk to one of the auction houses probably either Bonhams or RM - they've been getting silly money for restoration jobs in the last few months

Another option would be Nick Cartwright or Foskers

Small ad in a UK based magazine like C&SC, or the FOCGB magazine. You can also try Pistonheads http://classifieds.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/ferrari/246

I'm sure someone out there will pay to ship over your bits in crates. It's going to be worth the shipping costs (which might be good to get estimated so you can provide a gross price indication).
