    Off the top of my head..

    F1 2015 (coming in July), Project Cars, the Forza series. Need for Speed Rivals. (I have Need for Speed, but haven't played it much.)

    Forza Motorsports is the most realistic on Xbox. Forza Horizon is lots of fun.

    Your thread prompted me to come down here and ask about steering wheels. My son just got an xbox one and forza 5 and it really looks fun. I refuse to play it until I get a wheel and pedals (which I just ordered).
