Try danielsternlighting.com. The site is very informative, and the guy knows just about anything you would need to know about automotive lighting.

    No affiliation, just positive experience.

    Basic principles would be:

    a) Make sure the lights are receiving full voltage & if not start working with relays etc to correct. A drop in voltage has a disproportionate effect on light output i.e. a 10% drop in voltage might lead to a 20-25% drop in output

    b) If the voltage is OK and you still want more then fit better bulbs

    c) If that's not enough then look into changing the whole headlight units out for xenons etc (probably difficult to find something to fit though).

With 70s/80s era Ferraris, if you fix the voltage that usually goes a long way to making most people happy for relatively low cost.

I replaced mine through DanielSternlighting for my 86tr. Cibie makes a 5 3/4 convex (I think) that fit great. They even have an adapter so the high beams just plug into the chasis connectors. I should have gone with the CSR? (fancier and more expensive) option. Even though I didn't, the lights are greatly improved. I can see I nite!
    YMMV

Did same on a '67 year car. I now have essentially modern day (or better) level of lighting on the car. Strongly recommend doing this upgrade on any car, but the older the more essential this is assuming you want to drive the car at night. Got the parts from Daniel Stern. Might be able to pick it all up cheaper elsewhere, but service, knowledge and one stop shopping was worth the small additional cost.
