Man the music on that website that was linked was soooo painful, and not suiting to a F-Car. Good luck with keeping this guy away from causing people trouble.

this guy sounds mental why don't you sue him if he's such a pain but i think that even "pain" is the right word it's sounds too low for his standards, don't you agree?

Our western civilization is based on the idea that people you don’t know will behave responsibly when you do business with them. It’s shocking when someone doesn’t follow that directive and just breaks and rapes his way through your trust and bank account, but with 300 million people doing business in North America it happens all the time. The legal system is useless when it comes to obtaining redress because the grinders go into business knowing every enterprise will be a drastic failure and they have planned accordingly. The guy is probably 'broke' and his wife or an out-of-state trust for his dog owns everything.
Getting taken - other than by a Nigerian Minister with a fax - is generally a demonstration that you make the system work because you do a day’s work for a dollar, not that you’re gullible.
With luck this World Class Mechanic will accidentally work on his own car’s brake system.....

It's unfortunate, but Wayne is really bad news to the Ferrari community. My ordeal cost me about $14K. I have recouped only $5K from him with a judgement for another $5K (Plus $1500 that the state allows for a bounced check) that I may never collect. All of his numbers have been disconnected and he is rarely seen at his Livermore shop.

Let this be a message to other scumbag mechanics that rip off their customers and their employees: YOU DESERVE TO BE BEATEN WITHIN AN INCH OF YOUR LIFE!

 

SCUM happens everywhere, thats one of the reasons for posting and alerting fellow f-chatters. Don't let them get away with it!

been following your story, really sorry to read about your ordeal. for the life of me i cannot understand how folks in a trade such as this can get away with such poor ( illegal) behavior and STILL have a business and " customers " . seems like you would poison your own community and then starve from lack of cash flow. you write a bad check here , you go to jail, with all the crazy laws you folks have there , i am shocked that this is not a bigger deal legally. sorry about your troubles, thanks for airing this out for the rest of us to be warned.

 

I had a detailed conversation with the DA last Friday. He tossed the case that the Livermore police drafted. The DA stated that the key issue was that without a court order, the bank cannot release the actual date that Wayne's account was closed (on the check he wrote me for $5K). I told the DA that I called Wayne the afternoon I deposited his check and he stated "I am walking into my bank right now to take care of the check". Five days later, I got the check back : CLOSED ACCOUNT.

Just keep reading this post for more updates on this rat bastard.
