It won't, at least not with Cats. Cats is under the list of sellers that he's been pleased with that he's suggesting instead of Euro Motor Sports, he's not saying anything bad about him.
Well as most of you know by know, I SAY it as I SEE it, I am not afraid of saying the truth and on the other side of the coin if I AM wrong, I FULLY admit it on the chat.....both here and www.********************* I have said before and I WILL say again......I would not buy a soda pop from these people let alone a car.........the lates dealing I have with them they were selling a car to customer of mine that I KNEW for a FACT did not run, they told my customer it was running, however after being pushed on it, they stated it HAD ran just not now and needed a little TLC......... >>BU** HO*** SH**!!!!!!!!!!!! TLC in the amount of a new MOTOR> I am not here to make business, you all know I do it for the fun of the cars........... But I have always said, and will say again, "ANYONE THAT BUYS A CAR FROM ME, HAS IT DELIVERED AND DOES NOT FIND IT TO BE WHAT I SAID, OR IS JUST PLAIN UNHAPPY, I WILL GIVE ALL YOU MONEY BACK IN THE FIRST 72 HOURS........NO QUESTIONS ASKED PERIOD.........." And I think if you are selling a good item..all car dealers should have this deal, PERIOD NO IFS AND OR BUTTS!!!!!!!!!!!! WELL THAT MY 2.3 CENTS
sorry to see what happened. one more reason not to buy used car... u should've done more research in the beginning though.
To sum this all up - DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE Let's all be honest with each other. One should never, EVER buy a car sight unseen off the internet(s). Most wouldn't do that with a piece of **** Honda, and it definitely shouldn't be done with with a $200k Lamborghini. Yes, this sucks and I know such a purchase is an emotional decision, but don't throw your common sense out the window. What amazes me are the people out there (like Euromotorsport) who will try to scam those with enough funds to make their lives miserable. Why bother? You're safer picking on old ladies IMO. I hope you get it straightened out. RMX
I feel for this guy, getting ripped the way he did.. but why on earth would anyone buy any car they haven't seen in person?!? That's just asking for trouble. This isn't the first time I've seen a story like this on F-chat and it sucks to see good people getting jacked. I feel for this dude, but take a trip and kick the tires a bit. Save yourself a pantload of trouble.
if the car was supposed to have been at Prestige in Miami and he was calling everyday for three weeks, why didn't prestige just tell him that the work order had been closed in a matter of a couple of days......... Unless Prestige is in Cahoots with euromotorsport as well..... Didn't he only later find out that his car was done within like a week and not three.........
as much as i hope you get these scum bags. i think the most sensible thing to do is just cut your losses, fix your car (which i think you've already did), and just enjoy it. if dudes like these are willing to go to that length to lie and cheat to someone who obviously have money to burn, just show they are capable of doing anything. my suspicion is that he'll try to hold it off, either this case will go no where, or he'll go bankrupt and start paying your $2 a week. Although i do hope i'm wrong and they compensate you with every penny.
That might be the rational thing to do for the victim, but it's exactly this kind of thinking that keeps s***holes like them running their business no matter how many people have been raped by them. What needs to be done is the unleash of most lethal attack with no reserve till these scumbags lost everything but their wish to burn. (sorry, I can be a little emotional when I smell rots) Wei
problem is the legal system. it is not a court of justice, its a court of law. law have loop holes where playing it right, justice can sometimes never previle. unleash the most lethal attack will only strengthen them and demonising yourself in front of the legal system. expensive lesson, but reality is you can't win all the time; same goes to the scums, they'll take a fall one day, and YellowMurci will be sitting there laughing with that beautiful yellow murcie sitting in the garage.
I bought two Ferraris that way and have been pleased with the results. Do your homework and it is still a viable way to do business.
On January 14th Mr. Shasho from Relly Motorcars sent us a deposit on a Lamborghini. 3 weeks later After his thorough inspections, of the car on February 04 2005 Mr Sasho paid the balance of a 2002 Lamborghini Murcielago Vin # ZA9BC10U12LA12287 under the dealer name Relly Motorscars Located at 1020 RT1 North Avenal, NJ 07001 and took delivery on February 4 2005 here at our location in Florida, He purchase the car wholesale as a dealer and signed an AS_IS, Odometer, and Bill of sale as a dealer would. And drove off our lot with his New York Dealer tag. The following day he had contacted us regarding a light on the dashboard, I had asked him if he would like my mechanic to look at it to which he replied that he does not trust any mechanic that is not a factory authorized mechanic from Lamborghini, that he will make arrangements to take the car to a Lamborghini dealer and for me to pay for the bill, to which I agreed to. Next day he called to tell me that he has dropped off the car at the Lamborghini dealer in Miami and that he is dealing directly with the Head Guy and will advise me as to who I pay and how much the repair will be as soon as he finds out. Which I also agreed to. 3 weeks later Mr. Shasho From Relly Motorcars called me and said that his mechanic has completed the work and he would like me to make full payment to his mechanic in the amount of $2,100.00, as his mechanic was not willing to release the car until it was paid which I agreed to and issued check # 1955 payable to his mechanic on March 1st 2005. so that it would not cause any other inconvenience to Mr. Shasho. And that he will pick up his car directly from his mechanic as soon as I pay. Now almost five months later Mr Shasho from Relly Motorcars called me to complain that his mechanic did not do the work that was paid for and that he has a new bill up in New York that he wants me to take care of. Which I am not willing to pay for the following reasons: 1- He bought the car wholesale as a dealer and signed AS-IS 2- He dropped his car to a mechanic of his choice and handle the repairs himself I simply paid for it as he wished I consider my self a reputable dealer with an impeccable record with no complaints ever
Well, 1 complaint now. I see your side of the story as being resonable if thats what the truth is. I cannot see a dealer telling another dealer take it wherever and i will cut a check for them fixing it though. What if the bill would of been 10k would you still have paid it?
These two stories are so way off, they seem like two different conversations. Can we please hear more?
Anyone who reads the website can see the facts plain and simple - EuroMotors conspired to steal money from Prtestige - they wrote a check to the mamager directly opposed to the dealership - this is a fact that noone can deny - forget my problems - even if my problkem didnt exist this guy is a thief and there is no denying that - if he would steal from Prestige what makes me different? I just bought a 2003 360 Spider from the LA auto gallery also site unseen - Micheal T sold me the car and I am VERY happy with it - Roytoy2003 almost sent me an 04 Murci same way - I trust both of these people impeccably - and so everyone knows I dont know who this guy is that is telling thier side of the story - never spoke to him or saw him and have no idea who he is - my website has over 5000 hits in 3 days - obviously people care no matter what people like Albofaz say - out of 200 emails i got supporting this website he and some other clown on L/P are the only people taking Euro's side - obviously becuase they are friendly with him or employed there - the facts are the facts -
and as I asked you before - you dont know the story so please stop commenting on things you have no knowledge of - if you want to advertise for Gene please do it elsewhere
and do NOT attemp to incite a riot as you did on L/P on this matter - I dont think your little Napaolean syndrome friend Miller is going to control things here or on Lambo Talk
Anyone that would like to discuss this in person I am more than willing to please send me a PM with your phone number and I will call you or vice versa - thank you again for all the support I have gotten from this and the other forums - I was foolish for being to trusting but I learned a valuable lesson and EuroMotorSport will learn an even better on - that they are not going to trample on people and get away with it - most people would take thier loss and grumble on thier own - i spent the time and money to put up my site to let the world know - i didnt decide to kill my time on this website for nothing - everything I have written is the truth - I dont need to lie - there are plenty of people to buy cars from - why even remotley take the chance of getting hurt by these guys....
I have already washed that money away - i will never see a dime from these guys - just warning the rest of the community about them - but thank you!

I bought my Ferrari from them. As they did to you, they claimed that my car was perfect. When I arrived to inspect it (I refused to send them money in advance), it had chipped paint, black tape under the hood consistent with a re-spray, the glove box and radio covers wouldn't stay up, the CD player was broken, the driver's seat was well-worn, and the car was running EXTREMELY hot. Also, I found blown fuses in a pocket behind one seat. Oh yeah, it had a cracked CV boot and all four brake rotors had been "sprayed" with a no-squeak product in some no-ethics-manner of covering up that the car needed brake work (rotors turned down and new pads). Just as they did to you, they attempted to bump me up on the price...yielding only when I walked. Just as they did to you, Daniel told me that "all Ferrari's run hot." I knew better. In fact, that was the whole thing...they didn't know anything about these cars. I drove the car around the block, filled up the radiator, added one quart of oil and poof...the car was no longer over-heating. They didn't know the correct oil to add, either. Even though it's listed under the bonnet, they told me to get the wrong brand/type/weight. The radiator was 3 1/2 quarts low on water/anti-freeze! The radiator cap was almost welded onto the radiator...a clear indication that they didn't know enough to check the coolant level. Then they FREAKED OUT when I told them that I was driving the car 800 miles back to Alabama. They demanded that I sign a letter stating that the car was "perfect" as delivered. Uh huh. I asked them if they wanted me to list all of the above on the letter. They were apoplectic. The car had a good car fax. Mechanically and electrically it was fine. In the end, it was a good deal for me...but only because I knew what I would be getting into. But it wasn't "perfect" as advertised. Far from it. Nor did they know anything about the car (as if they had never been around a Ferrari...even though they had another Ferrari for sale at the time). For instance, I asked them to swap the driver and passenger seats. They balked. They claimed that it would take 3 hours. I knew that it was just 4 allen bolts on each seat, a 15 minute job, but there was no reason to argue with such idiots. I just pulled the seats myself, instead. Did you ever get to see their little warehouse "shop" operation? Pretty "low rent." I came away from there with a project car at a project price (I didn't let them bump me), as well as with a clear understanding that they were *not* car enthusiasts. They didn't know or want to know anything about these cars. Another thing that bothered me about them was that they didn't want me to refer them to my friends. What sort of high-line business would turn down personal referals?! Of course, the answer is a kind of business that only wants to deal with strangers...and we both know what that means. Harry, why are you so offended by people who are simply don't see eye to eye with you ? You chose to take the beef public and by doing so you exposed yourself to different opinion then yours. Honestly, there are allot of holes in the story the way you chose to tell it, with such a clear cut fraud case that you claim it is, you could have done much better job presenting it in your website. The guys that you referring to as losers are actually the opposite from it, THOSE are the guys you need to convince, people who know their way around used car dealers and if they are not convinced then why would me or anyone else for that matter will side with you ? You chose to make your statement in a very aggressive way, by simulantlessly attacking on three different web sites, if you were hoping for a landslide support I guess you are very disappointed now, realistically your actions will achieve the opposite. You provided Euromotorsport a lot of free exposure, you failed to convince with your account of what happen and you shamefully resorted to cross-posting bashing of rival forums. If I were you I would quit right now, right here and focus my time and resources in successfully litigating the case in court. -Joe
