    Ebay are listing a Ferrari 328 gts for sale (item no. 220199398058) as a classified ad but BEWARE this is my car and i haven't put it on ebay.... I is totally fraudulent and shuold not be there.


    I have informed Ebay about this and hope they do somthing soon.

    have to admit thought the pictures are great... and yes i do know where they got them.

    Its not showing anything unless its already been pulled

    You were lucky
    when someone copied my car details on e-bay it took me 5 e-mails over 4 days to get them to pull it [ i think it was the treat i made of legal action against e-bay that made them that eventually remove it].

    The scammer used the same pic's and text [minus a bit] of my unique car, from my add else where, and e-bay kept saying it was not the same as my add, it did not really affect me but all the people that thought they were getting a bargain and bidding on the car. so much for e-bays protection policy.
