    The car show is from 10:00 til 1:00 on Sat. 8/19. The event will take place at Hooters, 7401 Crestwood Blvd., across from Eastwood Mall. Registration is $10.00 (donated to charity) and is going to be that morning. They plan to give out trophies and other prizes. If further information is needed contact, Kevin Bullock, Assistant Manager of Hooters at 591-4668.

    Update. The car show on Saturday will be from 11:00 til 3:00. Registration will be from 11:00 til 2:00, with awards presentation from 2:00 til 3:00. I just found this out about an hour ago. Everything else is the same.

    Branko and I were the only two Ferrari drivers at the event and we didn't have a camera - sorry. There were about 50 cars there, 1/3 British usual suspects - a 62 Aston Martin Lagonda Cab, a RR Wraith - from the 40's I think,several very nice Porshes, and several assorted US cars - corvettes, Impala, Ford, etc.

    And it was HOT - the weather - not the girls.

    And the girls did the judging I'm sure (shudda tipped more at lunch, huh)

    Yea, I guess it was the HOT weather and not the girls that caused you to loose your thoughts in mid sentence. LOL

    Sorry about the Aston Martin faux pax - must have been the heat.

    Still - the engine in that thing looks like it came out of a tractor!
