I know the Japanese gentleman who owns the white Enzo and white FXX......
White Enzo with German plates. (Pic's arn't from me.) Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Just found these - sure seems like white to me. Sorry for the size - Japanese sites rarely offer good sized photos. In case you care, the plate on the back reads "Mazak" which relates to this company: http://www.mazak.jp/english/ >8^) ER Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Erik, I held out on your theory for so long, assuming the car was silver. I think I stand corrected now. Thanks for doing the research and proving me wrong.
wow... i am totally sick of white cars (not ferraris, just white in general), but this enzo really looks stunning, i think the white shows off it's lines really well.
Nothing spectacular, but I stumbled across one additional photo of the pearl white Enzo tonight and figured I'd share it for those looking to collect as many as they can. >8^) ER Image Unavailable, Please Login
Dale said he saw a white one at Ferrari of Houston. As far as I know, this Enzo has never been mentioned and is probably unknown to nearly everybody, so if we count that one, the one in Germany, and this pearl white one in Japan, then yes. 2 white and 1 pearl white
As for the white Enzo in the USA - Dale, is there any chance that the car was simply still in it's transport wrapper? How good of a look at it did you get? = = = = = = Here are some photos from under the "hood" of the pearl white Enzo. >8^) ER Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
i think it was noticed that the pearl white Enzo has a white interior as well. in these pics, the interior is tan; there is for sure a silver Enzo in the cornes building with a tan interior, so there is a possibility that the Enzo pictured here is actually the silver one, if i am not mistaken
I know where I found those three shots and what accompanied them, and have no doubt that this is once again the pearl white car. Referring back to some other images though... Take note of the interior color in the first shot below - it certainly appears tan to me. Also, what are the chances that the silver F1 with a tan interior would have a CORNES sticker in the exact location as the pearl white car in the ZAZ musuem? (look closely, you'll see it ) >8^) ER Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Look at the mclaren f1 lm!! the f1 gt and f1 gtr are just out of shot.. Where did you get this picture??
Not to derail the thread too far in my direction, but the F1 GTR has been sold and the F1 GT hasn't been seen in photos of the ZAZ Museum for over a year, so they aren't just out of frame as you suggest unfortunately. The white F1 road car may have been sold as well since that shot was taken. It was listed for sale at $1.7M earlier this year and later spotted at a show in the UK being displayed by McLaren Cars. Anyway, that image comes from the ZAZ Museum website that I linked to earlier in this thread. >8^) ER
What I dont understand is...why do people who make a museum sell cars that were put there on display? Maybe turn a fat profit? If the guy had 4 Mclarens...why not keep them! They are only going to go up in value.
Some (like me for instance) would argue that cars like these deserve to be driven, so why stick them in a museum in the first place? Anyway, maybe the owner needed the money for other toys like the FXX, maybe he was just looking for a change, and of course sometimes offers come along that can not be refused too. I really can't get inside his head on the decision to part with what was most likely the greatest collection of privately owned McLarens, but hopefully their new owners are enjoying them all the same. >8^) ER
What A SEXY car. Thanks for the pics. My Desktop is feeling Happy now that I have some more wallpapers for it.
Only one white Enzo have been produced. Car is in Europe. There is no white Enzo in Japan nor in US. Look closely at your pic. The plate in front of the car is white, the two cars are silver. In the case you see these cars white, I stongly suggest you to wear glasses. And don't worry for Mr Okamoto, he still have in his collection enough cars to play like two Mercedes-AMG CLK-GTR and one CLK-DTM road cars, 288 GTO, 288GTO Evoluzione, FXX, Enzo, F-40, F-40GTE-LM, F-50 GT, etc...
if you belive the FXX is silver, i suggest you utilize the search function, or ask somebody who actually knows a thing or two about the FXXs. It is certainly pearl white.
