Big Bend Open Road Race

Did anyone attend the Open road race this year? I was hoping to take my esprit down there but was too busy this year. If anyone went please post some pics. I will make it next year for sure..

I am really suprised more FCA members dont get involved in this race. I was there last year ( as a spectator) and it was a blast.

 

The Panteras made a hell of showing this year.

 

Yeah, looks like plenty of vettes as well.

 

I was going to do it but I was pushing my luck with my wife on car related vacations this year. I saw it was a Vette fest this year. I am going to run it one of these years though. We need to get a group of Texas Fcars to run it one year. It looks like sooooooo much fun.

 

Well, they've only made like a billion Corvettes or something, not too hard to get a bunch of those entered. Most of them were recent models anyway.

How about the guy in the 130mph class with the '53 Studebaker? Too cool.

 

maybe I should enter my 39 Studebaker!!!
