    I have a Brembo GT kit on the way with custom painted calipers to match my yellow paint. Just wondering aprox time for the install for a independant that will be doing the job front and rear?????

    It took us ~4 hours to install Steven's big brake kit, incl SS brake lines, bleeding. He kept stock rear calipers but we installed more aggressive pads, so add another hour or 2 for rear calipers & rotors.

    However, this is assuming car hasn't been anywhere near salt. If stuff is rusted/corroded, can easily increase time by 50%-100%.

    Verell brings up a very good point. The larger Brembo kit may throw off your brake balance/bias. Also consider changing the rears and take time to balance the car. For the 1985 308GTS Verell was VERY kind enough to help install... using the stock DS100 Brembo front pads and Ferodo 3000 for rear. Tried the DS2500 as they did not have a high enough grip coefficient IMHO.

    And MANY THANKS to Verell for being the great guy he is at his talent in assisting in installing the Brembo package. It is very well made and quite impressive.
