    A big time car collector (French classics) has bought an art gallery plus restaurant on the Big Sur coast, purchased early in 2016 so I don't think it can be revamped in time for Monterey Car week.
    Anybody know what the plans are--maybe French theme? Close enough to Carmel to shoot down there for lunch...
