...as an Art Car..... This week is the crazy, wacky Houston Art Car Parade. The first party is Wednesday night, followed by Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night parties!!LOL! So, if any of you want to join in just let me know and I'll see what I can do to lift that velvet rope into the VIP Section! The red car needs a new nose.. The yellow car, Ferda has promised me....but he has said the before..... The blue car needs a clutch..it caught on fire the last time it rolled as an Art Car.. Decisions, decisions........ I'm not sure Ferraris were meant to be Art Cars.....what would Enzo do????
Oh, and the Parade is at 1:00PM Saturday, on Allen Parkway.. The BEST party is the Costume Art Car Ball, on Thursday night, but if you can't make that the Preview Party on Friday night is also a good one, both of them are at the Orange Show. It's on Munger, take the Telephone Road exit going south on IH45, but turn right on Munger before you get to Telephone Road. It's also fun to come early to the Parade and watch the cars all line up......that's kind of an Unofficial party....

I just saw something about this on my girlfriend's mom's facebook (freakin' technology...) - she lives in the area. I'll check with the GF and see if we can make a Houston trip
You do this in the middle of the week? Dont you people work??? Almost everyone I know has moved out of Houston. I dont have reasons to make that trip any longer. Plus I have nowhere to stay. Too bad, there is alot of good food in that town... Aaron

Well, I had planned to hand over the Ferrari keys to Amanda, and retire!!! But she partied all night long, and overslept!! But I am getting ahead of my story..........first off, we have to cut this baby open and get new cooling fans installed..... so I took the day off, and went at it...pics to follow....
