    To do nothing is not an option now ...Rueda must either be fired or moved to another role where he cant screw up races.Or Bin it Otto should go back to the technical side and get someone in to sort the mess out.

    Just fire him. Moving incompetents around is rarely a good idea.

    What was the saying:::

    The best of all worlds has: the English as policemen, Germans as engineers, and the French as chefs.

    The worst of all worlds has: Germans as policemen, the English as chefs, and the French as engineers.

    Who says moving incompetents around does not alter things......................{ducking for cover}

    Italians are not mentioned at all. I don’t know where Rueda is from (Spain?) but he should probably go back.

    Sure sounds like it. Strategy wasn't particularly hot in any of those races since he joined, nor did he do anything that special at Lotus for as far as I can tell? Most the work was done by Kimi having really good pace on a car good on it's tyres...

    If they haven't made replacements at Ferrari (Binotto...or the strategy guy) by now in the summer break, I don't expect them for the rest of the season. Which means that Leclerc and Sainz will only be racing against each other.

    Rueda will not be touched this year, aparently he's untouchable (don't ask me why)...but if he keeps ****ing it up, i'm not sure hos godfather will save him...
    Also it's likely that Charles will change something in the engine for SPA, so he will most likely get a penalty...see you at Monza.

    Rueda is the biggest clown on the pit wall. Egon Spengler needs to show him the door.

    Binotto and Reuda both have to go. Immediately. The engineers gave them the car that can win the season, but Binotto hasn't given them the leadership equal to the car. Ferrari will be lucky to hang on to third. Anybody here have any idea about who could step in on a moment's notice and rescue the team...and put up a respectable fight for the lead? Not that we have a chance of winning. Now we are racing Mercedes...while Max coasts to his second world title.

    Binotto made a very good job on the technical side of the team.
    He just had to fix the operational side of the strategical team.
    Do you remember all the Italian press wanted Todt to be fired after the French GP 1996 ?

    This. Binotto should recognize his own failures and either accept being moved back to the technical side (he demanded the promotion after all) OR accept a deputy team principal that works alongside him and addresses the faults Binotto has.
