crap, were packing stuff...
Were very fortunate to be just west of the fire, the wind is blowing east and even though I am relieved that is is blowing away from us my heart goes out to those loosing their properties. Geez, Jason, I didn't realize we have the opposite commute..... Sorry bud, heard it's moving west?? Stay safe.
yep, moved west and we were voluntary evacuated, they just lifted the evacuation so we opted to leave the walmart parking lot and come home. It appears the fire is calming down a bit with the evening calmness... Yep I drive daily to denver, need to get a ride share going..
Well, once the construction is done, hopefully it'll alleviate some pressure. South of where you live is where it's worst. I saw the evac went north to County Line.....oh boy. Very smoky at my house in C Rock last night, windows shut it still smelled like a campfire inside my house. Good luck buddy.
Thanks Joshua, All is well for us, we were allowed home Saturday. I feel sad for the 480+ homes destroyed,
