I bought my Ferrari from these guys. They are top notch and their facility is simply breath taking. Definitely worth the trip.

Did you buy that Black Mondi that was on consignment for 2 years with low miles?

Yep...That's me. I noticed that you looked at the car as well. I am very glad you passed!

FWIW, by the time I purchased her in July, the owner's price had aligned with market conditions. I was also able to get almost all the service records for the car by contacting Lake Forest Motorcars, who had serviced the car for the first owner (from 86-02).

As I detailed in another thread, Black Horse Garage turned out to be a top notch facility, whom I look forward to doing future business with. Their service both before and after the sale have been exceptional.

I was there same time as David, the facility is top notch, looking at their cars under "restoration" is like looking at fine art. Going upstairs to see the cars that they store is better than any museum that I can name, and also a great adventure. Nice group of people as well! I plan on going by.

We have made some significant progress on our restorations and you have to see the 1915 Hudson race car we are building for the Great Race. This will be the second car Black Horse will have entered in this race.

Joe, I'm glad to hear the Mondial is running great. It's a beautiful car. Any chance you will be making it to the Open House with it? I knows it's a bit of a drive for you.

Only a few days left until the open house. I would list some of the special cars we have in here right now but I would want to ruin the surprise. You might see a 1975 365 GT4 BB or a 275 spyder if you're lucky along with new and vintage aston martins, Ferraris, Rolls-Royce etc. I just had the opportunity to drive a 1968 365 2+2 the other day. What a wonderful car. It was one of the nicest driving vintage vehicles I have ever driven. Talk about beautiful noise coming from its V-12.

    See you Sunday!
