Where is a good place to buy an extra?? Are they easy to program?? I saw one on Ebay for $105--Is this a good price for one?? I have one black and one red that came with the car. Would like to get a third, as the way it comes from the factory with 3 sets...

I’ve purchased lots of used high line auto parts from this guy, mostly NSX. If you can’t find the one you’re looking for, they may have one. ERZ auto We are located at 1434 Eastern Pkwy. Brooklyn, NY 11233. Phone # 718-774-7846. E-mail [email protected]

Best place to start with is always Ricambi America. From there you can see if the other sources are reasonable or not. And when you buy from Daniel, you can always be confident you are purchasing from somebody with integrity, who will stand behind what he sells.

you asked for leads.. you get one.. then you accuse the guy? this guy is averaging 2 posts per year, let's not scare him away further :D

ERZ deals in purchasing high end total loss cars. They carry a lot of parts. If the fob's are reprogrammable, it may not be a bad idea calling them.

You can't program individual remotes. (although there has been talk about cloning them) Only come as a set. Do a search. Plenty of info on this.

The 360's yes. I have not seen the 355 remote but I would think that it should follow the same sequence as the 360.

I am awaiting a new programmer. Should be here w/in a week.

from what I have researched, remotes must be purchased in sets of 3 because instead of programing the remote, you program your car to the remote, so all 3 remotes have to be the same from the factory. Something like $600 for a set of 3 remotes from the Dealer

This is true if you want to go this route, but alas there is a less expensive remedy that works!

And you don't need a key from Jimmy!

If I understand your question correctly you should be able to replace the dead battery and continue using your remote. If it is a new remote the pm 285Ferrari, he has the contacts to get this working for you.
