On my 1978 308GTB the blackline is not perfect, i dont know if it should be painted black or tejp or?
i want it to be like original, but i don't know what color code, should it be glossy or more like matte, anyone have some info on this, i bought this car like now and have never seen a 308 in real life before, so i don't know how it should look like..:D i have tryed to google this with no result, so i would be happy if someone have info about this.

Yep; matt, but with a slight touch of satin. So, somewhere between matt and satin.
But the black goes only on the vertical part of the line: no black on the horizontal parts: no black on the bottom of the line, no black under the top of the line; and no black behind the exterior, i.e, it doesn't make a "return" inside the metal on the doors for instance.

Depends if you want your car to be original or not. Originally, they were all painted.
    Nothing else: Painted.

I’ve heard someone used the black electrical tape which I think can work temporarily.

Oh yes, Mike, no problem, of course it does work. Ask me how I know...
I even seem to recall (subject to a control, of course) that the right width for the tape is 17 mm.
