I am thinking to replace the leather of my 355s seats, keeping the original form and everything, but replacing the normal leather in the middle of the seat with a perforated one. And most of all - I am thinking to add some red accents. The options are two - the first one is to make the stitching red and the second is to add red piping on the edges. I'm not sure which one will look better. Any opinions? And does anyone have a pic of such thing on a 355?

Red stitching would be subtle and cool..red piping would look like a tacky dune buggy...or maybe an old Lambo Diablo:)

If you own less than three gold chains...just do the stitching!

I keep wanting to do something but seem to enjoy the all black leather and stitching. I'm a dirty greasy one of them :)

Go for the whole thing. If you want to tone it down, it's easy to dye red to black, but not vice versa.
It's ok for your Ferrari to be a bit flashy. Otherwise, it's a Chevy.
