The thermostat housing has a bleed screw in the top. Practically impossible to get at when the engine's hot. :(

The sure-fire method for refilling the system involves a $120 tool, "Airlift".

The 355 cooling system has 2 small hoses from the coolant pipes and water pump to the coolant tank. These hoses act as self bleeding hoses to relieve the air in the system so that they go to the tank. You do not need to bleed the system, or at least I have never had to.

If you are over heating, did you check 1) level of the coolant, 2) blockage in the hoses, 3) thermostat 4) radiator blockage, 5) fan not coming on or 6) thermo switches.
