It says fully serviced. But no info on when the last major service was with cam belt change. If I were you, I would call and see when it had the last major service. If there are no records, plan on one, which will cost you from $5,000 to $9,000 depending on where you go and if more work is needed than just the major. If you are interested, spend the $ and go see it, and get a PPI (Prepurchase Inspection) performed. Probably will cost around $250 to $350 and take a few hours. I had to do that several times before finding the one that would work for me.
I almost bought a blk/tan one from these people a year ago. The woman I spoke with told me they just did the complete service on it, they spent over $700 on it! After hearing that and her tell me that they didn't need to change the belts, I passed.
This car was for sale last year...about this time...same dealer. I noticed the ad when I was looking for a new 328. Lots of bids but none hit the reserve. Either the car has a problem or there is always the chance someone bought the car and then traded it back in. The pic in the ad is the exact same one they used last year though.
