It's amazing how these things make the rounds on the internet. I saw this same thing posted last week on the Subie forum I frequent. That said, it is a really nice car.

It's really nice! - because the exterior modifications are not excessive. The photographer is really good too.

Great Looking M3, with that said, I want to know who took those pix because I think that guy or lady who took those pics can make any car look great with awesome shooting skills like that.

I can't imagine how much it cost to do those. My vert M3 was that color. What a great car.

My M3 is one of the best cars I have owned. Terrific acceleration, great handling, superb fit and finish- and it is a daily driver. Have the cabrio, with hardroof, and paddle shift.
No fancy extras, no blingy wheels, no extra low air dam, no 'Fear This' sticker. Just out of the box. Granted, an aftermarket exhaust would improve the cranky vacuum cleaner sound on throttle, but out of the box, these are pretty nice cars, and not stratospherically priced either.
How much money in all those mods?

my frfiend has one that is tricked out a good bit...all i ever hear is "dude, you need to drive this thing...you will not believe how fast it is!"

well i drove it and told him that it was great and that i really liked it. We then proceded to drag race away from the light he in his and me in mine.

he told me that the big flame the came from the tail pipe w/ each up shift was impressive right up until he lost sight of me.

    mine...500hp andial 930.

he has stopped raving about how fast his car is however.

I was just going to say....he's probably got at least $100k tied up in that car, yet at a stoplight, aside from the wheels and a few tasteful cosmetic mods, I'd not be able to distinguish it from a "lightly modded" E46 M3.

It's a gorgeous car, the E46 M3, but all the ones I see - bone stock to heavily modded like this one - evoke about the same emotional reaction in me: "Cool."

    That's about it.

my M3 is nice, however u are correct in saying that particular one looks no different to a standard one and the punter on the street would not notice it compared to a ferrari or lambo

    Too much bling for me.

The stock car is a beauty. I have never seen a modded car that looks as good.

I like what he's done to it. Looks even better than the stock model which already looks great. Whoever did the photos did a really nice job.

A standard CSL looks better than this car IMO.

Fit one with AP's and BBS LM's and even more so.

The CF roof on the CSL vs the sunroof on this car... no contest.

Still a looker tho this one.
