I went hunting instead, but I did run into them at lunch in Dennison. :D I bet my vehicle was only one with 800 lbs of corn in it. One of my deer leases just about 5 miles from there.

That's funny because I was parked next to you in the black 458 and didn't even notice the corn. I've lived around farming so long I didn't even think about the contrast.
I did notice the patrol car next to me when I arrived!
    Cheers

Great run with a huge variety of cars. Only hiccup was those three cars that pulled over to the shoulder at 50 MPH to let the line of Ferraris go by. They sure stirred up a bunch of gravel. I appreciate their actions by pulling over but it sure would have been better if they had stayed in their lane and just let us pass. I know the front nose and windshield on my car would have been happier.
Still a good run and I hope all the people around the restaurant that were affected by the water outage are back on line again. That restaurant is still probably crying the blues.

It was a good little run! Good to meet some of you and see the few that I did know. Who would've thought hanging out the back window of a Cayenne in 35deg temps would be so much fun.

    =)

I feel your pain Don. Hopefully any damage is minimal. A similar thing happened to me on a run a number of years ago. End result was a complete front end respray.

I got a big crack in my windshield but it was worth it. Guy who goes to Boardwalk to fix windshields is making a house call to fix mine.

    Ha, too funny.

I can laugh about it now, but Jano was the one who sprayed me passing on a gravel road.

must be the North Texas roads, for some reason Crescent Classic for 9 years and 1,000 miles each year never had road spray problem. Must just be type of roads.

Actually, it was us who sprayed you. Jimmy and I in the blue lambo. I think Jimmy lost hearing in one of his hears when we hit the gravel.
