Bobby and Ruth Langley home

For you old drag race guys I found something you might be interested in. In the Sunday, June 8, Fort Worth Star-Telegram Life and Arts section they feature the interior of the home of Bobby and Ruth Langley. Bobby was a hugely successful top fuel racer beginning back in the 50's and running into the 70's. He was the AHRA National top fuel champion when Don Garlits was the NHRA champion. I will repost some pictures of him and his cars, a couple with Ruth in them.

Bobby raced a lot at Green Valley and many of you "old guys" will probably remember him. Had a black car trimmed in red and was pushed down by a black Dodge station wagon that always sat low in the rear because it carried the spare parts in the back.

This home interior looks like a Palace and Bobby and Ruth did it themselves and they are in their late 70's. I say good for them in taking this task on and seeing such splendid results.
