has anyone checked out the carbed boxer at bobilef for 65k? it's been advertised for a while, and other than the unfortunate painted rear view mirroors and air boxes, it seems to be in good shape.

If it's the red one, I saw it last week, but was just casually looking. It did have a ding or two. Are you looking for perfect or just nice?

This car at bobileff will be one of the last BB's for this kind of price, here in europe they are getting more expensive, when the car was here in europe I would buy it today , to put in stock for next year when the prices really will rise.

FYI, there were some Boxers that came from the Ferrari with painted/bodycolor air boxes and mirrors as well as vents and rear spoiler. I have no idea whether or not that one came that way though?

    You think so, toto????

It is a nice car but supposedly shows some interior wear, etc......

Definately not too many carbed cars left, fo' sure!

It's a '79!! You won't find many cars that age without a nick or two.....I have a good paint guy...no worries....

And if they're just dings, the Dent Wizard can handle those.

They aren't big, but the one on the rear deck looked like it might be at the threshold of what the paintless guy could do. It certainly isn't accident damage, just a couple of routine bruises.

Nice car though, and Gary seems to know his stuff - they were working on an F40 when I was there.

One less CA certed carbed car available now.
Sad, as it was a pretty decent car for the price.
