    A BMI of 40% is fairly high.

    I played with an online BMI calculator.
    I'm 5'9" tall and in order to hit a 40% BMI, I'd have to weigh 268 lbs or more.

    I wish the FAA would focus their attention on the Class I and II medicals for commercial pilots and relax the regulations for a Class III medical.

    It would be great if the LSA (light sport aircraft) regulations would be expanded to slightly larger & heavier aircraft such as the Cessna 150 or 152 size. Then, pilots would only need to maintain a legal drivers license to be able to fly.

    As shown by the low accident rate of LSA's that are attributed to medical issues, the same would be true for that size plane as well.
