Saw it first thing yesterday. Pretty funny moments, no funnier than Da Ali G show though, which I've been watching for years. Overall 4/5, a little over hyped. HIGH FIVE!

yeah we had a few kids in our highschool dress up as him. Didn't stop me from winning best costume though!
Pre-ordered ticket at 4 pm to find out 7,8,9,10 shows were sold out...I got the 11 though! All I have to say is I never seen an movie where the whole audience laughed so long.
This is a real letter to the editor from Newsweek, 10/30/06. I am one of Sacha Cohen's many victims. Because his handlers told me he was Borat, a TV journalist, I booked him for a live studio interview on our morning show thinking he was legitimate. I checked out his PR company's web site and met his publicists in person. They seemed genuine. But once the camera was on him, this man destroyed our credibility in short order. Because of him, my boss lost faith in my work. I spiraled into depression and before I could recover I was released from my contract. It took me 3 months to find another job and now I'm thousands of dollars in debt and in danger of losing my home. How upsetting that a man who leaves so much harm in his path is lauded as a comedic genius. Think of all the other people who have been fired because of his antics. D.A. Arthur Panama City, Fla. I don't know whether to feel bad for this guy, or laugh my ass off.

IF i have seen all the Ali G shows wont a lot of the movie be rehashed footage? The preview for the movie had the Ironworks nuts in his face scene while lifting wieghts but that was already on the Ali G show.. wtf
If the guy had just typed Borat into google, or had competent researchers. I choose to laught my ass off at him.
I went to see it at 10:30 AM yesterday to beat the crowds, lol. I thought it was hilarious, especially that black bar they had covering you know what. It's only in 837 theaters so I expected it to be sold out on Friday. $8.5mm gross for its first day.

I saw it opening night at the most popular theater in town. I can't believe our luck. We got the tickets early and shortly after they sold out. oh FUNNIEST MOVIE EVER. Go watch it.
Very funny movie, I saw it Saturday evening. An equal opportunity offender, they don't miss many groups. $26M for the weekend box office
