I'm bored without my car since it is at the shop, so I'm looking at steering wheel options for my 348. I don't really like the center spokes that come stock. Mostly I'm leaning towards a simple design with metal spokes such as this:

but I found this momo wheel which might look good, but perhaps too modern for the interior? I wonder if you could put the horn button with the prancing horse on it.Thoughts?

I like the second one a lot. I think it would look great in a 348!

Yeah that I can do... In other bulletin boards, you can use an IMG tag in the brackets to pull directly from the web without uploading them first....

back to the topic, I really do like the second one. Maybe I'll go for it one of these days.

that is really nice too. Personally, I like having the prancing horse front and center, so I'd like a wheel that allows for that.

Awesome wheel! Are you selling it? I wonder how hard it would be to intergrate the wiring of the led shift lights to the 348 tacho wiring harness so they work? :p:p That wheel would look killer in the 348! :):)

My guess is that's an Enzo wheel which means it's probably more expensive than my 348!

It is an Enzo wheel. It's not as expensive as your whole 348. It's more like the cost of a major service on your 348.... at the dealership! :)

I wasn't too keen on my original airbag wheel in my 355 so I bought the Momo one dyed some leather in crema and fitted the horn push...

Looks good!! I would take some steel wool to the Chrome pieces to lessen the Liberace Effect ;) :D.

Though the MOMO Driver wheel (bottom pic of post #4) is my favorite!!

Agreed! first one to make the wiring diagram to hook this up on 348 is a hero!!

Damn it would be cool, and i bet it would work pretty good on the track as well!

They all look good. What I'd like to see is a tan or cream covered wheel in a tan interior car, with the flat bottom for more thigh room. I got big thighs, and I need all the leg room I can get.

yeah I like the flat bottom wheel idea. All the momo ones look so boy racer though... I've seen pics of the 360 stradale wheel on some 348s, at least I think that is what it is, but I'm not sure where it can be purchased and for how much.

Mine is a 360 challenge wheel, D shaped and suede. $385 from the dealer. I used the stock 348 center pad which fits this wheel nicely. I have since dyed that red stripe around the top in black. It was just too much distracting for me. The wheel bolts right up to the 348 hub with no mods needed, as it is actually is a special momo wheel made for the Ferrari Challenge cars. I really like it. Not to mention more leg room on the bottom because of the D shape. I'm 6'2" :)

    Texas of course!
Have the same 360 challenge wheel, but like it without the stock center part, doesn't look right to me. But the entire stock wheel in a shadow box with red suede behind it for some wall art at the office :) Got 2 mods in one!

    Pap,
i have the steering wheel on the left but my stock ferrari horn button does not fit, only the supplied MOMO horn.

Do you know where to buy the Ferrari horn button?

    thanks,
    Kai
