I believe that the correct model number for the 330 2+2 is 3812.

    They look great!

RW 3801 for 330 GT 2+2 Series One (four headlights, also called chinese eyes).
RW 3812 for 330 GT 2+2 Series Two (two headlights).

You can also try fellow fchatter Tom Shaughnessy in San Clemente, CA, who has a huge assortment of used Borranis.

Marcel: Instead of splitting the wheel fitment by "headlights" a more accurate method is to split it by gearbox. Four speed/Overdrive had RW3801 and all the Five speeds had RW 3812. This method of identification takes care of the 125 (approximately) four headlight/five speed cars which had RW3812 wheels.

Just to play devil's advocate, there are some benefits to the alloys. They are quite a bit lighter and easier to live with/clean. When I was looking for a 330 GT, Boranis were on my "must have" list. When I looked at the car I ended up buying, it had alloys and the salesperson made the point the that the 330 gt has more modern lines than, for example, a GTE and the alloys are a better match. I bought the car and was still thinking about Boranis for a little while, but pretty quickly came to agree with his thoughts about alloys fitting the 330 body style. Definitely do what you want - there is no definitively right answer - but it may be worthwhile to give some thought to keeping the alloys.

When I got my GTC it had the mags, and they are magnesium, tho' it was born with Borranis. Those slotted wheels are a #%$&^*(& to paint and then the paint chips. Got 'em painted nicely and sold them in favor of Borranis. There are fans of both and the Borranis are heavier, subject to loose and broken spokes and a $%$#^* to clean well. Pick your poison. s

I am on the alloy wheels team, too. I like them a whole lot better.

I have nothing to say about Borrani's. Just wanted to mess with your head.

    Go alloys.
