At 1) I don't know, at 2) no, it is specific and tuned for the Ferrari V8
A new one costs many thousands if it is still available. The good news is, I have a good used one for sale! See: http://ferrarichat.com/forum/vbclassified.php?do=ad&id=187
Make me a good offer if you want it!
Of course if only 1 cilinder is missing it may not be the fuel distributer that is causing that so you have to check that first.

I hate it when you ask a legitimate question and just get a question back intimating you haven't done your homework,
so forgive me if you have already determined all this but ...
I am curious for knowledge as well as perhaps triggering a thought for your problem...

Since the fuel distributor treats all cylinders equally and constantly, how could it be involved if one cylinder is not firing.
Does a pressure test indicate one output of the distributor is low?
Have you determined which cylinder is dropping out, by removing spark and also determined that that cylinder is receiving spark but not fuel?
Have you measured compression on all cylinders?

It treats all cylinders equally only if it is working correctly. Some debris in a slit, or the ceramic valve, of one channel can cause that injector to not flow at the same rate as the others (which is why long disuse, promoting varnishing and/or corrosion in the fuel system, is never a good thing for K/KE-Jet).

No, the factory method is to use a ball rotometer set-up to directly measure the fuel flow rate exiting each injector (at different airflow plate openings -- idle, middle, and max flow) and compare if they are all equal, or not (at each particular opening):

I've had reasonable results (i.e., measures way unequal when things are bad, and measures equal when things are good) using a simpler set-up of measuring the volume of fuel delivered from each injector in a given time just using 100 mL graduated cylinders -- e.g., at the idle position, ~21 mL total of fuel will be delivered by each injector in 3 minutes, and since the overall accuracy might be +/- 0.5 mL (~+/- 2%) with this method, you can easily confirm if all injector are within 10% of each other, or not:

Joey -- Contact FChat member Larry Fletcher (fletch62) if you need FD work. He'd know if there's anyone (besides himself) closer to you to handle the FD work (his company does a lot of the F and MB K/KE-Jet FD work in the US -- even for some F dealers and well-known F part suppliers).

hei thanks, i don't try the pressure of every injector because, this car stopped from 2001 to 2008!!!
and the injectors i think really damaged!
the sparks plugs ok, the treadhs same, i mount 8 new champion sparks.
But one of the problems that the car not running under 4500 laps!!
I try to test the injectors and at low pressure the injector spray a lof of fuel!! i buy 8 new injectors bosch from instanbul and i wait for the midlle of this week.

they have been made in this car :

    8 new bosch champion shark
    rebuild starter
    new belts (all)
new air an oil filter (ufi)
    new fuel filter
    new brake
used but good new fuel pump
    clean the fuel tank
    new oil
    new hand brake cable

the old owner talk me about fuel loss from fuel distributor

in the end of this week i hope to mount new injectors and try to start the car, but i'm sure that i must reconditioning the fuel distributor if it loss fuel.
