360 Bosch Throttle Body Press Tool - 3D printed

This tool can be used to press out the valve assembly in a Bosch 0-280-750 series throttle body. It specifically can be used in the rebuilding of the 360's no longer available throttle bodies in cases where the bearing is worn or the potentiometer fingers have been damaged.

To use, remove the valve plate and cut as indicated in the photo. Use two metal bars under the base of the triangular cut plate and press down on the tool. The bearing gives in around 500 lbs.

Be sure to use the protective cover. The inner section allows room for the valve assembly to rise up without damage.
