A few questions on the bose wave radio.
    1) Does the system have an input for an Ipod?
    2) Does it sound better than the Apple hi-fi system.
    3) Is it worth $250 for the 3 disc changer addition (If so why)

It definitely has an 'aux' input that you can hook your Ipod up to (I use this setup in my office). Sorry, can help you with the comparison between Apple's system or the CD changer.

That said, I have two of the Bose systems and am very happy with the performance of them (if you are an American Advantage member, you can get frequent flyer miles by buying directly thorough Bose).

I have a wave radio that is about 8 years old now. It has an L&R imput. I use a cable that has a headphone plug on one end and the Red and White L&R plugs on the other. This works fine with an IPod. Bose also makes a Ipod dock that the ipod sits in and it has its own speakers.

The new wave radios don't have the radio antenna plug on the back from what I've been told. Where I live I have to have an offboard antenna to be able to pull in stations. This may be something think about if you want to listen to the radio.

I started out wanting to get the bose/ipod speaker system. Then I heard the apple Hi-fi system adn it was amazing the bestspeakes Ive ever hooked my ipod to. Then i thought of the wave radio the absolute best radio I have ever heard, and the other 2 are just speakers. So i figured if my ipod will hook up to it that will be the way to go.

I dont really see how the 3 disc changer can be worth it, given the fact that my music is digital. I do have cds and Ive never delt with the changer so Im hopeing to get feedback from people who have it and if you really use it.
