Boston bodyshop recommendations...

    Ok, I've already started with Dick's who are going to take a look at the car tomorrow. However, they don't specialize in domestics -- so I am not even sure they will take the work. I should mention that they did go out of their way to try and recommend another shop to me.

    I tried Mike's and have not been able to reach them. One place has been recommended, but it's in Billerica 25 miles away.

    So can anyone recommend a good bodyplace in the Boston area that can do this work?

    I saw the small scratch on the back of your car and I don't think you want to give that to somebody who can not perfectly match the silver paint.
    Without any doubt, I would recommend Invisible Touch in Bedfrod. I know the owner pretty well and I can hook you up. They do lambos, ferraris, lotuses porsches etc ... He must have worked tons of corvettes since each time I go there to do something on my car I find few C5s.

    Hey I never got to ask where you keep the Viper? I know you're @ MIT -- do you park in the greater Boston area? Time and weather permitting, I'd love to hook up with you again.

    Verrel -- it's an 03 Corvette Z06. I recieved a light tap in the rear valance, gouged some paint and curbed a wheel. It's a straigh insurance job.

    I live around copley square. I keep my car in an indoor garage on my buidling.

    Call Nicole Auto Body in Saugus on Rte1 (right behind Border Cafe). He just fixed my silver Viper GTS a couple months ago. He does excellent work and has done tons of Corvettes.

    I saw a silver one on the paint booth next to a 996TT but did not get close enough to see if it was your.
