    Hey guys,

    I picked up a 1998 Ducati 748 Monoposto in yellow today. I bought it from Matison Motorsports in North Raleigh and I definately recommend them. I knew about the bike before most of the sales staff did because my salesman, Bo Denbo, knew I was in the market for a 748 and gave me a call 5 minutes after he took it in. If anyone else is a rider, let me know. I'd love to ride with some experienced riders as this is my first road bike and I haven't ridden a dirtbike in a few years. It's definately a totally new experience. The Ferrari will come soon, but the Ducati will do in the mean time;). As always, thanks to everyone here for welcoming us non-owning tifosi in.     sweet bike man! friend of mine has a yellow 748 with carbon fiber tidbits here and there, thing kicks ass

    i have recently moved to charlotte and have a few ducati race bikes.

    one is a 748 sps built to full "corsa" spec by jeff nash. i would love to show it to you sometime. it is pretty trick!

    Next time I get a chance to head to Charlotte, I'll definately ride down there and take a look. Its been so much fun and quite the learning experience. Before anyone asks, yes I have already almost been hit. I got cut off and then when I locked up the front tire the guy had the nerve to flick me off. Oh well, just gotta keep the eyes open. My sister has the new digital camera, so as soon as she gets her software up, I'll get some pics. The sound is the best part though.

    A beautiful bike! I have always had a thing for the 748! Congrats! Too bad you werent closer up here. We'd go for a ride.

    Since I've got another one, I'll throw it up. I'm hoping to convince my dad to get a Monster S2R or S4R so we can have two in the garage.
