Boulder/Denver Coffee and Cars tomorrow

I plan on making it out there. Hoping it's easier to park and get in.

 

The defunct C&C at Lafayette held about 120 cars, Hagertys holds about 450 cars.

 

I am going to try and make it...it would be interesting to meet another P&R enthusiast....

With Keystone opening day pushed back 1 week, I was looking to go Sat morning to C&C. Not brining the F-Car.

I'm getting over to the tunnels on Hwy 6 around 6-6:30am for some blasts through in both directions to capture some sound and video at last. Then over to the show; you can't miss me in a dark blue Supra. I'll be wearing Toyota/Gazoo Racing regalia, please tap me on the shoulder and say hello.

I would have assumed you would be at SEMA.

 

I will be there as well, so close to home no excuses for me.

 

Huge turnout this morning, even with over 400 spaces, It was almost full by 8:15 when I got there this morning. Nice variety and great to see a new 488.

 

Saw your car but did not see you Sir.

 

It was a great turnout, I ended up there at 7:15am. The Bugatti was amazing, reminded me so much of Jay Leno's 1928 Type 37A which was equally impressive in person.

 

Sorry I missed you, did you bring the F355?

 

There was a 355 parked across from the 458 and 488...I am guessing that was yours? We got there around the same time frame and parked up the hill to the Southeast. A Mondial 3.2 QV, 308 and a very nice AR GTV were grouped together there.

 

That was mine, the Alfa, Mondial and 308 GTS looked fantastic.

 

We passed by to admire your 355 but didn't see you until you drove off. We spent the morning wandering around as there certainly were a number of fine cars to see.

Anyone hear about the Cars and Coffee on 120th and Pecos at the Health Markets store? I know of a couple Lamborghini guys who said they'll be going.

Will be chilly but as long as the roads are dry, it could be a good turnout.

How was the turnout for the C&C @ 120th?

 

It was a small meet. Really chilly that morning. Had 3 Gallardos, 1 Ford GT, 2 Aston Vantage, Terminator Mustang, El Camino, ETC.

Has some potential to grow when it warms up. The good thing about this spot is i25 is right down the road, so very easy access.

If the weather's still nice when I get the 308 back, I'll probably put in an appearance. . .

 

They would appreciate that!

This coming Saturday (12/3) is the new Cars and Coffee Golden. Last month was a huge crowd, this month I would imagine a little bit of a smaller crowd due to the cold. As long as the roads are dry I don't see why people wouldn't come out. Just bundle up a little bit...

I'll be going this Sat, as you've already seen. I'm not sure on what car, yet.

 

Would love to bring out my 308, but my daughter has hockey practice in Parker right in the middle of this C&C. Maybe next month, or the C&C in Parker on the 10th.

 

We'll have to see what the roads look like! You still want to meet at the Colorado Mills mall, then cruise over there? We should try to get a couple more people to meet up with us..
