Unusual... I think an FChat'er bought one from Sport Auto a couple of years ago, and this would be only the second one I know of. (Duane, you out there?)

    Very low mileage (13K).

The air intake has a screwed up powdercoating job (correctable), but if someone wants something other than the usual red/tan this is an interesting car.

(I have no financial/ownership interest in this one.)

Wow, another Boxer trim! Looks good but I prefer my black interior over the tan for the paint scheme. Jon, it also looks like the valve covers are satin powercoated, did you notice that? I wonder what VIN it has.

Two questions here,In one of the pics of the rear, the 328GTS badge looks like it is either chrome or white. Is this the norm as mine is black. Also the centre console where all the switches are has black screws holding it down.Is this the norm as mine doesnt have these screws?

Rear badges are normal for an '86 328, mine are the same. Black screws are probably an afterthought, I've never seen them on another 328. A shame too, really breaks up the lines on the console.

Now I wonder if the boxer trim option carried over from the 308s -- I have seen it on QVs -- and was dropped very early in the 328 production run.

I heard through the grapevine they only made 12 Boxer trim 328's. I don't know the distribution though. I know of mine, one other Fchatter's car (with black interior) and now this one, here in the U.S.

Is the other FChatter's car an '86?

Maybe the black screws have something to do with some aftermarket work that was done. There appears to be a black button directly behind the gated shifter, and I've not see that before.

    Best regards,
    Dino
