Dont think so...no spoiler on deck or altered fenders...air intake above cab. or additional naca ducts. Koenig valance is much more accentuated
If you look close you can see the line of the flare on the rear fender, the 15x13s would stick out on a normal rear fender. My not be a Koenig as you said maybe Zender or other tuner.
