Hi, I trust everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I've got another "Boxer" question for you guys. Is your Ferrari logo on the right or left side of your stereo faceplate? I'm trying to figure out if there was any rhyme or reason to the position. On mine, '83 #44815, the logo is on the right side.

Picture 1: 44811, only two cars before yours has a face plate on the right of the glove compartment, but i don't see anything near the radio face plate or the equalizer on the left of the steering wheel... Picture 2:46189, also an '83; no Boxer logo near the radio face plate, rather it's in the same place as 44811... Pictures 3 & 4: 45339, also 1983; the Boxer logo on this car seems to be in the same place as the previous two. Can you post a picture of your interior...? i'd be interested to see the difference... Not surprisingly, though, there was no method to Ferrari's madness with this stuff...
Hi Carbon, Thanks for the pics! I believe the Boxer logo was always on the right side, on the glove box. The yellow Ferrari logo "on" the black radio faceplate is on the right side of the faceplate on some cars and on the left on others. I circled the logo in one of your photos. Oh, ok, i see... Duh... i didn't even notice that, before... Here are two more pictures... Picture 1: 30713 is a 1979 carbed Boxer; it seemingly has no Ferrari logo on the radio face plate... Picture 2: 35527, 1981 - it doesn't even HAVE a radio...! Oh, the horror...! It's a BBLM, if you haven't already guessed...
